NGS Data Analyst for Precision Medicine

We are looking for an experienced bioinformatician or computational biologist with a strong track record in NGS analysis and integration of high dimensional omics data. The successful candidate will be responsible for the processing and interpretation of NGS data (RNA-Seq, WES and WGS) from tumor samples. Statistical and programming skills (Python and R) and a sound understanding of molecular biology is essential. Expertise with high dimensional data analysis and cancer genomics is a plus. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, team-oriented and have excellent communication skills.

You will join a dedicated team of bioinformaticians, biologists and software engineers who develop Alacris‘ unique Comprehensive Molecular Tumor Analysis (CMTA) and ModCell TM pipeline, aimed at personalising treatment options for cancer patients.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary and a stimulating working environment. Starting immediately, the appointment will be made initially for two years, with the possibility of extension.
